The Foundation for Las Virgenes Schools invites you to the 1st Annual Hidden Hills Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament, benefiting the schools of the Las Virgenes Unified School District.
This is a No Limit Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament and Whiskey Tasting Event. Awesome prizes with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the school district. So let’s go All-In for the kids.

Entry fee includes admission to the tournament, hors d'oeuvres from premier local restaurants, Top Shelf whiskey tasting with renowned sommelier Sam Green and a keepsake Glencairn glass.

New to poker? Don’t be shy. Beginning poker players welcome. Between 6pm and 7pm there will be poker tutorials and game play education. So even if you’ve never played poker before or always wanted to learn, this will be a great opportunity to learn amongst friends. Anyone can win.
The funds raised by The Foundation go directly to the district’s general fund to fill the gaps between state funding and the programs that our community needs. Since its inception, The Foundation has funded a number of initiatives including targeted class-size reductions in primary school, hiring mental health and wellness counselors, and adding sections of core high school classes such as 11th grade English. The Foundation is able to support programs at the district level and the funds can be used for credentialed teachers.
